LinkedIn Cleanup is a one-person macOS app. We've designed the data flow to collect as little as possible. Here's the exhaustive list of what touches our infrastructure.
What we collect
- Payment info — when you buy a license, our payment processor Lemon Squeezy collects your email and payment details on their servers. We never see your card number.
- License record — when the app activates a license, our license server (a Cloudflare Worker backed by Cloudflare KV) stores exactly: license key, email, status (active / refunded / revoked), creation timestamp, and expiry timestamp. Nothing else.
- Server logs — Cloudflare keeps standard request logs (IP, user agent, path) for a short retention window for abuse prevention. We don't analyze or aggregate them.
What we don't collect
- No CSV upload. Your
Connections.csvnever leaves your Mac. - No connection data — names, profile URLs, titles, companies, run reports — none of it leaves your Mac.
- No telemetry, usage analytics, crash reports, or feature-flag pings.
- No cookies set by this website. The site is static HTML and does not run analytics.
- No LinkedIn credentials. The app uses your existing Chrome session via macOS Apple Events; no password is ever entered into the app or transmitted anywhere.
Where data lives
- License records: Cloudflare KV (multi-region edge).
- Email and payment: Lemon Squeezy infrastructure, governed by their privacy policy.
- Your CSV and removal reports: only on your Mac, in
~/Documents/LinkedIn Cleanup/. Delete them any time.
Sharing
We don't sell, share, or license customer data to anyone. The two third parties involved are operational only: Lemon Squeezy (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and licensing infrastructure). Both are bound by their own published policies.
Your rights
If you'd like to access, correct, or delete your license record — including under GDPR or CCPA — email aggyabhishek@gmail.com from the address tied to your license. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
Updates to this policy
If we make a substantive change to how data is handled, we'll email active license holders before the change takes effect.

Terms
By downloading or using LinkedIn Cleanup, you agree to the following.
The product
LinkedIn Cleanup is a macOS app that automates browser actions on your behalf to remove LinkedIn connections from a list you've explicitly approved. It runs locally on your Mac and uses your existing Google Chrome session.
Not affiliated with LinkedIn
This is an independent third-party tool. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Use of this app may interact with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies; you are responsible for reading and complying with those terms. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with LinkedIn.
License grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive lifetime license to use the software on Macs you own or operate. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or attempt to bypass the licensing system. The license is for one active user at a time; you can deactivate one Mac and activate another freely.
Free tier
The first 5 verified-successful removals are free, no payment required. Beyond that, a one-time license unlocks unlimited use.
Refunds
30-day no-questions refund. Email aggyabhishek@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll process it through Lemon Squeezy.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the app will continue to work indefinitely — LinkedIn changes its UI without notice, and an automation tool that depends on that UI will sometimes break before we ship a fix.
You acknowledge that automating LinkedIn carries inherent risk to your LinkedIn account, and that you've reviewed the safety guidance in the app and on this site. You use the app at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the software is capped at the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of access to your LinkedIn account, lost business opportunities, or lost data.
Termination
We may revoke a license in cases of fraud, payment chargeback, or attempts to bypass the licensing system. In all other cases, your lifetime license stands for the life of the product. If we shut the product down, we'll give you reasonable notice and stop charging immediately; existing licenses remain valid for as long as the underlying license server runs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced via email to active license holders.
